You must meet the following requirements
These are hard requirements, not preferences. If you don't meet all of them yet, finish that first and come back to us.
- Fully wrapped or muraled truck or trailer with clear branding. No carts.
- Insurance: 2M/1M general liability and 300k CSL auto, with Florida Food Truck Catering and Events listed as an additional insured on both policies — Florida Food Truck Catering and Events, 5701 E Hillsborough Ave, Suite 1160, Tampa, FL 33610.
- Quiet generator, less than 68 dB under full load.
- No chains or franchises.
- NFPA 1 propane safety inspection.
- No seasonal trucks.
- Ability to cater with speed as needed. Full service capability is a plus, but not required.
